He met with us many times going through our plans and options. He was accommodating, yet realistic with what we could afford. We felt comfortable and at ease with the open line of communication they provided. Everyone on their team has been helpful and kind. Jim Kelly our project manager keeps us informed of progress and what we can expect to see during construction. He is very attentive and always responds to calls or emails the same day. “Building our home with Rautmann Custom Homes (Chris Rautmann) was a wonderful experience. Communication was excellent. When I had a question or change I always got immediate feedback. All my concerns were addressed appropriately and all deadlines were met. We have built a home before but this was an excellent experience compared to first home building experience. “Tony and his firm were very professional in all our dealings with him. They did a major kitchen remodeling project which included removal of the old kitchen and moving walls and installation of new cabinets and flooring. His crew was excellent to deal with and kept us informed on the progress. The workmanship was excellent and they completed the project on schedule and on budget . We would definitely hire them again for our next project.”

“I hired Chet as my architect to design my commercial building. Chet did a great job of listening to what I wanted and what I visualized. Chet made my dream office a reality. Chet has a real eye for design and can make a statement with his design. We added a fireplace on each end of our building; we wanted a homey feeling in an office atmosphere. Chet knew exactly what kind of stone I was visualizing. It was nice to work with someone who listened to what I wanted and then created it. Chet also designs and builds residential homes in addition to commercial projects. That's why I picked him, I wanted a homey atmosphere for my office. I would highly recommend Chet to anyone.”

“My wife and I met Tony Roz and Perret Homes during the Showcase of Homes in 2013. We were drawn to the layout of one of the Perret Homes. After my wife and I discussed our plans with several different builders , we made our decision and contacted Tony with Perret Homes. After talking with Tony, I was impressed with his follow up and straight-forwardness. We asked for several modifications to the layout at several different stages along the way and received the drawings, along with the cost variance, sometimes the same morning. The initial quote was spot on and the only cost adjustments came from our requests to upgrade or modify. They began construction in June 2014 and we moved in October 2014. Since this was the first time my wife and I had been through the building process, we had MANY questions, but not one of them went unanswered by Tony or Perret Homes. Also, since it was our first time building a home, we don't have anything to compare this experience to, but we can't think of anything that would have made it easier or smoother for us. Tony also followed up several times after we moved in to see how things were going. Again, I can't think of anything they could have done to make the process smoother (besides move all our personal belongings from our old house to the new one.......but in their defense, I never did ask them!!). Our plans are to retire in this house. But if, for some reason, we find ourselves building again, Tony and Perret Homes would be our first stop.”
