“We've hired this company twice. The first time was an insurance-covered repair to our garage roof. The company was prompt, gave a detailed estimate of costs, worked well with our insurance company, and did quality work. Several months after the job was completed, they returned at our request to replace some materials that were warping. Our second project was to fix a leak in our roof and install a skylight. Again, very prompt, courteous service and they made sure the work was completely satisfactory before they departed.”

“Lamanen construction is the most professional company with clear communication, accurate timing and consistent budgeting. It was a relief to find a building company that had the expertise to finish my basement, which is over 3000 square feet in a luxury home. It’s difficult to find a reliable builder to complete this sort of project while staying true to the high end design elements. This is the only company I can imagine using for any project in the future. In fact, I hired them to complete a massive landscape project after seeing what they were capable of and, so far, I am amazed. Love this builder!”

“I found MCB Motor City via Angie's List. My initial intent with my project was to simply come up with sound and economic stair rail and baluster project. Matt met and inspected the area and proposed his plan and it was agreed upon. On the first day of the project, the desire/intent/scope of project was changed by homeowners. Rather than just the railing we decided to include the risers and treads too. Matt was very prompt with the revisions. They were agreed upon and the new project resumed. In just 5 1/2 days, Matt and a fellow worker Ryan nailed it. Wow. What a terrific finish. Thanks MCB, specifically Matt and Ryan for the awesome job!”

“The construction job required tear out and haul away of a very large 40 yr old wood deck and replace it with a covered porch with exposed aggregate slab. Short Story: Amazing people to work with, Excellent quality and professional workmanship. Long Story: After being let down by several contractors I contacted Brennan Building Company (Leo). By this time I had adopted a bit of an attitude regarding the competency of local contractors. "WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE" * Leo showed up to look at the job and arrived exactly when he said he would. * He promised an estimate in a very reasonable time period. I received the estimate before the time period had expired. * They were quite busy and promised a start date that was a couple of months out. They started exactly when they said they would. He gave an estimated time of completion. The job took a little longer than estimated for a couple of reasons. 1: It was a very wet construction season. 2: I had added a couple line items to the original request I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They will be the first ones I call if I have future construction needs”
