“Jake has worked on numerous homes that I have designed. He is one of the most knowledgeable ICF contractors I know. I had a chance in 2007 to help build a home I designed and Jake was the ICF contractor on the project, while on this project I learn more from him about ICF construction than any one else in the industry. I would highly recommend him as your go to source for anything to do with ICF construction.”

“Great service. Helped during the estimating process to assure that we selected high quality products and that structural issues were addressed. Work was completed on time and within budget. Chad was particularly helpful and made sure that all subs completed their work to the highest standards. Meadow Ridge Builders helped worked with us to complete our project in phases to fit our budget. Great follow up, too. We are extremely satisfied. Good value for the money. “Innovative Builders & Remodelers is a high quality firm. The employees provided for the work on our kitchen each worked as if THEY owned the company, and treated my house as if it were their own home in the quality of their work and in the cleanliness of the place when they went home. Five PM was not necessarily quitting time, rather they went home when whatever project they were working on was completed. The sub-contractors were also top notch. They came when they were scheduled. And when on rare the occasions they were held up on another job and were going to be late or needed to reschedule, they called to let me know. Communication is a high value for me when working with contractors. I made that known up front, and they always respected it. Not only would I recommend this firm, I plan to hire them again this year!”
