“Rob Bohan (Precision Design) was my general contractor on a major remodel I did to my home in north Seattle during 2006-7.
I used an architect for design plans but during the actual remodel Rob was incredibly effective in making practical improvements and creative changes to those plans as needed. Rob chose and hired excellent subs for cabinets, electrical, plumbing, paint and design etc. He did most of the finishing work himself and for the past 12 years I have received much praise and compliments from friends and visitors about the quality and appearance of the work he did (most of which was his own design).
Quality work, creative touches, great subs, constant and easy communication and a spectacular finished product completed on a timely basis.

It has been 12 years but his work stands the test of time and looks great today.
