“I am an interior designer in the San Francisco Bay Area and it has been my distinct pleasure to work with Frank Puliafico on many projects since 1992. His work, and that of his excellent crews, is of the highest quality and the experience of working with Frank is always a delight. Designers always worry about their projects but I never worry about a project if Frank is the builder. He is, at all times, organized, proactive, honest, dependable, trustworthy and smart. He has carefully trained his crews and they are some of the best craftsmen (and people) I've had the pleasure to work with in my career. Frank has the breadth of knowledge and experience to assess a job, trouble-shoot any potential issues in advance, fairly price and prepare spreadsheets on both costs and schedule, and manage all aspects of the project effortlessly (or at least it seems that way!). “Hired to consult on and repair or replace our roof which, unfortunately, was leaking and had succumbed to a lot of dry rot. Replacement was a necessity because the small house, used as a weekend place, is in the woods in a generally moist environment. The company did everything that was needed to furnish us with a brand-new roof which is now gabled instead of flat, part of an excellent solution. Their work is impeccable; they are honest and intelligent; their workmanship is excellent. One pays a premium for work of this caliber, but it is worth it.”
