Arron, who is very detailed oriented, was so easy to work with. From the very start he listened to our ideas to make sure everything we wanted was incorporated into the plan. If we wanted to make any changes he was very open to this. Arron's entire crew is very professional and friendly. Kelly, is also part of the Precision Builders team. She is absolutely fantastic and couldn't be easier to work with. She gave us so much help in the selection process, but always making sure to listen to our ideas. “We purchased a home built by Martin Combs in North Liberty and we love it. It has a very efficient layout and it's not a "cookie cutter" type of house. We also appreciate that they used quality products to build the home. You can tell they care about their work. And after the purchase we had their direct number in case anything came up, which unfortunately something did: the city forgot to remove the cap on the sewage line. Martin Combs was not at fault but they still took care of everything and worked with the city to get it corrected. I highly recommend these guys!”

“Working with Brian enabled us to build the home of our dreams. In the beginning he met with my wife and me to explain all of our options and help us pick a layout. He encouraged us to do our research to figure out what we wanted. He was very patient with us as we revised our plans numerous times. Once construction started he held our hands throughout the process. Day or night, he was always available to answer questions or address our concerns. His sub-contractors were all very professional and were eager to answer our questions. If we ever build again we will use Brian Ophoff and Stonegate Custom Homes.”
