“Ed Valley and his team at Fortis Enterprise did an amazing job for our family. This was our first experience in building a custom home and quite honestly we did not know what to expect. “Tolaris Homes built our custom home on a lot that we owned. Rick Bavec (president) personally acted as superintendent. Through conception, design and construction he was always accommodating and fair in his dealings with us and with his fine group of subcontractors. Our project was completed substantially on budget and on time. Tolaris has also been helpful since we took ownership. They have provided useful advice and assistance in dealing with the minor issues that have arisen. We got to know Rick and his wife Sherrie fairly well during the 15 months of design and construction and now consider them friends. When you can say that about someone with whom you've had a fairly large business deal I think it's a good indicator of the character of the people.”

“I live in one of the first homes built by Verge Properties in 2019. I purchased the home as new construction, but it was not a custom build by Chris. That being said, Chris has treated me like a friend and custom customer since the moment we entered into the contract. Even minor fit and finish issues were taken care of prior to purchase. He has always been happy to provide advice, answer questions, or recommend vendors for anything I've needed with the property. Every vendor that he has recommended have been impeccable, from painters to installers for custom rolling patio screens. At every moment, Chris has stood behind his work, and I adore living in this house. My wife even jokes that I bother Verge too much and that they shouldn't be so nice to us. But they are. I highly recommend Verge Properties.”
