He is hardworking, honest, fair and the quality of his work is excellent. I love that when you work with him, he is the one you are dealing with. His partner Tiler really helps with design, she is amazingly gifted at picking out items that work with budget and style. I tend to get overwhelmed. I have referred them to my closest friend and family and will continue to. I love that Ron communicates clearly and sets expectations. “Jeffrey L. Henry Inc. built our dream home in 2014 and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone that Jeff surrounds himself with are first class all the way. From his office staff to all his subcontractors. The design process was great fun (and exciting too). Jeff and Justin came up with a completely new floor plan for us which fits our life style perfectly. To put it in a nutshell... You get more than you expect! Even though all the specifications are listed out for you, the actual finished product is much better than shown. Granted, we went over budget in certain areas (like the kitchen) but Jeff's budgets are quite generous! When ever we asked for something, Jeff's response was always "Yes". There were no surprises, no drama and above all the home is beautiful inside and out. Would we have Jeffrey L. Henry build us another home? Is tomorrow too soon?!”

“Rosauri Builders completed several renovations for me since 2006. We had a large addition put on our home, which included a sun room, a master bedroom retreat with vaulted ceilings and a veranda, an elevator, and a storage room in the basement. They renovated two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the family room. They added wainscoting and crown molding throughout the house, along with a coiffered ceiling in the family room. They completed all construction in a professional and timely manner. They worked hard to bring everything in on budget, and while construction can be stressful, worked hard so the renovations would not interfere with our everyday life. We have enjoyed the addition and renovations and were always pleased with the final result. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future construction projects.”
