“We had built homes before and this time we were looking for someone who could not only build our home, but work with us from design concept through completion. A friend recommended Whiteley & Whiteley because they are a design/build firm. David turned our ideas into a cohesive design, encompassing all the details we requested. During construction, Diane worked closely with us to ensure that our vision for the home was realized by carefully coordinating materials, colors, etc. The products were carefully researched and my husband and I were allowed to make our decisions based on standards as well as cost. We were kept informed of our costs and budget throughout the process and are very satisfied with the financial accountability of the Whiteley team. More importantly, during the construction process, the Whiteleys became more than our builders; they became our friends. -Ruben and Francine Hope”

“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality. It was an enjoyable experience and no worries about quality, integrity, and honesty…it was there at all times. Their new and creative ideas made our kitchen truly incomparable to any other. They made every effort to discover our personalities and introduce them into all aspects of the remodel, making it uniquely ours. His team demonstrated meticulous craftsmanship and provided exceptional customer service. “Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. None of those horror stories you hear about regarding experience with other contractors not showing up or shabby work. Hire HGI with no worries, the best, ask for Alex.”

“Kenny (Sensitive Information Hidden) of Special K Home Improvements has tackled many problems for us over the last 10 years. He repaired our ceiling in our entry way due to leaky pipes by sheet rocking and painting the area. He also found a tiny leak in our roof that no one was able to detect. He has such a pleasant demeanor and we consider him our friend. I would recommend Kenny for your home improvement needs.”

“I was in contact with Steve over several years as I planned and thought about the project. Steve never rushed the sale and just said whenever I was ready. He and I worked together on the design and he suggested some key items that added alot of value. He came in on budget and on time. His craftmen (carpenters, concrete, & mason's) were very professional and immediately corrected any issues that I came accross. We very much enjoy our outdoor kitchen and covered patio and I have no reguests.”

“Their team is professional, friendly, polite, and timely in arrivals and completion of the work. They are a small local firm and thus their overhead is low allowing lower pricing. Oh, they do a great job of cleaning up, which is difficult to get contractors to do these days.”
