“Total kitchen renovation extending kitchen area by removing the dining room and having an open concept layout to the living room area. Project was started on time and was completed in a reasonable time frame. Workers are professional and polite. As always in a major renovation project, you will run into some unexpected issues but the company will work with you financially and suggest recommendations to cut out extra costs at the same time overcoming any project issues. I will be hiring them again to do my next bedroom/bathroom renovations. I already have brought them back to extend my wood flooring into my basement.”

“Mike and his team worked most of the summer of 2017 at our house in a big renovation project. From the start, Mike and his team worked diligently to meet or exceed our expectations. Craftsmanship and attention to detail are what these guys are all about. When mistakes were made - and with a job this big there were going to be mistakes - Mike owned these and worked to correct them. Were there anything left in the house to redo, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Mike again.”

“Joe and his team are simply the best at what they do! I initially hired them to remodel my master bath and when that turned out so beautiful and was done in less time. I hired them again to remodel my kitchen and other small renovations around the house. What is so great about Blackstone is that they have true craftsmen, incredible attention to detail and can do it all from design to tile work to electrical to plumbing to carpentry. “MPS has done several projects for me and I have been 100% satisfied every time. I recently bought a house where an entry way closet was missing. MPS helped me solve this problem by installing a beautiful coat closet that blended seamlessly with the existing colonial style of the house. MPS also built me a beautiful custom bookshelf along the empty wall of my family room which added so much warmth to the living area. I absolutely love the fine cabinetry work and attention to detail. I also had a minor flooding incident and they were able to repair and paint the areas where the drywall was damaged, leaving the area completely restored. I highly recommend MPS to anyone who needs home improvement work - high quality craftsmanship and amazing communication.”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“Michael Shannon and his team worked on a complete cosmetic renovation of the wash room in my then newly-purchased condo. I knew exactly what I wanted done, and when we had our initial consultation, Michael completely understood what I was going for, and even made great suggestions to refine the project even more. All in all, the process from beginning to end was seamless. It also helped that I wasn't living in the space while the reno took place, but that also likely helped speed things along. Michael was always easy to get in touch with via phone or email, and quick to respond to things. He also made sure I understood everything that was happening, as well as ensured that all of my questions were answered. His team also worked well within the strict guidelines of my building, which was a bonus. Overall, the whole process went pretty smoothly, and just about two weeks after the demo took place, I was left with an updated bathroom that I am extremely happy with. Michael and team does extremely well with attention to detail, and really honing in on bringing the customer's vision of the space to life. And given the age of the building, he was able to highlight the areas where I could essentially save money where possible, and overall guiding me through as I made such decisions. I highly recommend Michael and his team for your renovation needs, and wouldn't hesitate to work with him on future projects.”

“We have hired CJ and Donna Dorman to help plan and remodel our master bathroom. Our planning and selection process has nearly been completed with final details being arranged this week. Donna is cheerful, confident and wise is offering suggestions for cabinet design and layout and was helpful in selection ideas for the faucets, mirrors and lighting as well as suggestions for the "little things" like the towel racks and tp holder. She has made a trip out to the granite dealer to see our selection and then to bring a sample for us as well as possible porcelain color choices for this. CJ has been on the scene for measurements, suggestions as well as helping us identify a moisture issue elsewhere in the house... (that we hope is unrelated to this planned project!) We had our kitchen remodel done with Dorman a few years back and we were thrilled with the outcome. When we were considering a bathroom remodel, we chose Dorman first and without seeking another estimate. The workers were professional and punctual and the project came in on time and on budget. We are confident of this outcome as well.”
