They were able to design custom cabinetry, pantry, and walk-in closets to increase storage space, a tiled room floor to ceiling for our hot tub and massage chairs, and a kennel including an area for our dogs to sleep, special bathing area with steps, sink, and area to store food, toys, medicines, etc. The front entrance, shower, and doorways were designed to be handicap accessible for future needs. I was made aware of any budget or any other modifications before changes were made. Because of their experience with different types of construction projects, they were able to solve problems. “Petit Construction did a complete exterior remodel for our home. This involved removing the old aluminum siding and original windows. They added rigid "green" foam insulation to the exterior walls and taped all the joints. They installed new windows by Andersen, new vinyl siding, and replaced all the soffits, fascia, and trim. The quality of the work and installation was top-notch. Our house is now much quieter and I'm saving money monthly on heating and air conditioning costs due to the better and tighter insulation. Further, by using Azek to replace all the exterior woodwork, I'll never have to climb ladders to repaint; approaching my late 60s' that's an important point for me. At the same time, they also replaced the roof shingles, vents, a skylight, and all the spoutings and gutters. The work was done very well. The new look is nicely coordinated and makes a much better presentation from the street. We love it!”

“Will and his crew have been nothing short of amazing. To call them General Contractors isn't exactly accurate, as his crew does all of the work themselves - siding, sheetrock, stair railings, lighting, door installation, plumbing, electrical, decking and much more. Will's initial quote was incredibly detailed, and in the end very accurate. We discovered during the complete makeover of the house we bought, that a french drain was needed, and fast. He put one of his guys on it, brought in a load of gravel, and it was a perfect fix. I think after having a few experiences with remodeling and contractors, what stands out about them is the accuracy on the money end, the contribution of ideas and fixes to items that inevitably come up along the way, they show up every time they say they will and in large numbers when there is a push to finish something, and the quality of their work exceeds expectations. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing a contractor for jobs big and small.”
