“We first met Dan and his team when he was contracted to build the soffiting for our new central hvac system in our home. Our house was built in 1853 and nothing is square, so this was not an easy task. The team of Constructive Design took a very rough looking air duct install and made it a masterpiece. The work they did looks like it was always here and a part of the house. In fact, they did such a great job that we use them whenever we need work done on our house. Since building the soffits, we have had them back to install a wooden screen door (which involved scraping 100 years of paint off the door frame, sizing the door, fitting and painting the door), fix walls that the previous owner did a terrible job spackling, fix a roof leak, and a number of other odd jobs that I did not have time to tackle myself. In short, Dan and his team are very respectful, honest, and they do great work. The best thing we got from installing our A/C system was discovering Constructive Design!”

“My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. “Finding Paul was a god-sent. We had a contract to purchase a home that needed serious renovation. Unfortunately the closing date kept slipping, leaving us with only eight weeks before the start of school. Paul was there the day after the closing with a dumpster, and he and his crew tackled the job like pros. I knew from day one, we were in good hands.
