“From the moment I met Viktor and Owen of IVO Granite, I knew they were the folks I wanted to do business with for my kitchen countertops. Their professionalism, patience, knowledge, honesty, and workmanship are second to none! Unlike the big box stores who sell you the product and then farm the installation out to a third party, Viktor and Owen were personally/directly involved in every step of the process from material selection all the way through installation Furthermore, their prices are better than the big box stores, and the don't charge additional for sink installation, cutting large radius corners, etc. - all of the "little things" that add up. I would unequivocally recommend IVO Granite to anyone looking to get quartz, marble, or granite work done in the greater Utica, NY area.”

“Eric has done several jobs for me (and my daughter), renovated a powder room, laid porcelain tile flooring, replaced windows, added a mud room into garage area. “We have used Schoolhouse Renovations for many projects, both large and small for many years. They have built a garage/cabin for us which we can use year-round, and love! They built a boathouse which suits both the use intended, and the architectural design which coordinates with our family summer camp built in 1897. Over time, they have restored bathrooms and our kitchen. They have created a new room in a former attic space over an out building which now serves as a playhouse for grandkids. It is beautiful and so appreciated by our whole family. In all the work they have done for us, the management and workers have been thorough, responsible and easy to understand as the project progresses from concept to completion! We have been happy to recommend them to friends, and those folks have been pleased with their results as well!!!”
