“I would highly recommend Full Service Heating & Air. Josh and his highly skilled team of professionals do outstanding work. I recently had a house fire, and I contracted Full Service Heating to replace a heating unit in my rental apartment. Though the restoration company, (hired by insurance) was difficult to deal with and did substandard work, Full Service heating was reliable and did an amazing job, even returning to check on the unit and calling to see how things were going during this difficult time. “January 2016 my 28 year old furnace died. Pat's got it working, it was 24 that day. We spent quite a bit of time discussing my furnace needs, cold spots, air flow, humidifier, etc. They gave me a recommendation of 3 different options at different price points. Once I made the choice they were able to install 3 days later. They were professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. They also sent in the paperwork for the rebate on offer and provided the paperwork for my tax credit. There may be cheaper outfits in town, but for the price you can't beat the quality of service.”

“We had a carbon monoxide emergency that we reported to another company. They came and checked us out, said everything was fine and that we likely had a backdraft event or a faulty carbon monoxide detector. Problem continued. We then called West Allis HVAC who came w/in two hours. When he arrived, his meter registered 3 times the safe limit and was already getting a headache from it and associated unburned gas. My wife and I had somewhat adjusted to the danger, but could have died in our sleep had the problem continued. A cracked heat exchanger was at fault. They shut down the furnace (40 years old), loaned us electric heaters to use until they could install a new furnace. We are elderly, on fixed income, so this was a real financial emergency. They arranged the financing for us and got us approved that same day. Can't say enough about their professionalism and skills.”

“We had our furnace go out on us with little warning at 2 am, though I was able to (barely) get it working in the night. By 8:30 am, their appraiser (and owner) was over, pricing out a replacement. By 9:30 am, my furnace was completely dead. Within a half hour, I had the quote back from them and it was exactly as much as I expected. I accepted the quote and scheduled the installation the very next morning. They offered to come over and fix my furnace so it would heat our house overnight (it was about 5 degrees out), and within a few hours we had heat again. The next day they showed up right on time (even a few minutes early!), installed the furnace and had the basement looking cleaner than when they arrived. The furnace is like night and day versus the old on. I was given good advice when selecting which one to buy.”
