“I respect contractors that do what they say and when. The owner/operator Shannon did the work as quoted. They replaced the inside and outside units for a mismatched system that was put in when the home was built. A new 2 ton heat pump and matching air handler were installed, as well as a new trunk line and updated circuit breakers. There were no unexpected surprises or costs, they were respectful and cleaned up their work. I would highly recommend Air Tech for anyone with HVAC needs.”

“On a late Friday afternoon my air conditioning went out. I called Lafayette Air conditioning of East Tennessee and was told they would be at my house within two hours. About an hour later a technician came by repaired it for what I thought was a minimal cost and was gone in 45 minutes. The next day someone else from Lafayette called to make sure the problem had been fixed or if I had any other issues. That day the thermometer hit 91 degrees but my house was a cool 71. Great service, polite technician, great price and a follow up call. What more could anyone ask for?”

“White & Williams has done service work on my heating and air conditioning systems in the past, so when my air conditioner stopped cooling recently, I put a call into them. I spoke with Deborah, who could not have been nicer. She felt bad to inform me that with the recent heatwave, it would be a couple of days before a technician could come out. Having been totally satisfied with their work in the past, I decided they were worth waiting for. Jason was the technician who came out to the house, and he was very knowledgable and friendly. He replaced the capacitor on our 38 year old air conditioner, charged the system up, and this took less than 1 hour! The price for the total repair was very reasonable.”
