“My first experience with Kevin was during Christmas several years ago when I lost a furnace at one of my rentals. Even though it was the holiday he dropped everything and helped me out of the jam. Since then, and most recently in December of 2016 (replaced a furnace in another rental), I have hired Kevin several times, mostly for furnace issues but also some plumbing. He has always been extremely responsive, knowledgable and courteous, up front with all the information (problem and costs) and able to get the job done in a timely fashion. “There are few Gods among men but I have to say that I have met one in Joe. My husband and I started working with him several years ago when he and his Dad helped us install a mini-split air conditioning system in our 1909 Victorian. Not only did they do an amazing job but have fair pricing. These guys really do care about their clients and have integrity by the bucketloads.
