“My furnace gave out and I wanted to explore other options than forced air. I had contacted Jeff at Heating Green regarding my decision to try something different. The role he took with me was entirely consultative not sales oriented. In addition to his products he suggested other options to explore. The dialog and decision making process took several months and I never felt any pressure. I ultimately decided on Cove heaters from Heating Green and have never looked back. The installation was done efficiently and professionally. Jeff was available for any questions or concerns I may have had. I am more than thrilled with the new warm feeling I have in my home. Feels like the heat of the sun lives at my house year round. I will never go back to forced air. And working with Jeff was a breath of fresh air after talking to high pressure furnace salesmen.”

“We hired Barron after getting estimates from 4 companies for ductless heat pumps. They were not the lowest price, but their estimate included the whole job, not just heat pump installation with electrical work separate. (Beware of this. It's a recipe for disaster.) On the appointed day, a cast of thousands of self-starters appeared at our house. The work was completed in two short days. They returned twice. Once because of a misunderstanding about what we wanted (they paid), and once because we decided we wanted something slightly different (we paid $82). We recommend this company to all our friends. No one has ever been disappointed.”

“My furnace quit December 26th. I called Big Valley on the morning of the 27th and they came out that day to look at it. Because my furnace was quite old I decided to have it replaced, which meant we would be without heat until that was done. The long weekend was coming and I dreaded the thought of my family (including my 19-month-old grandson) being without heat for days (it was below zero outside!). But Big Valley came early on the 29th to get the job done that day-they were here by 8:30 AM. To complicate matters, that day a pipe had broken on my new washing machine box, but Kyle turned off the water, replaced the washing machine box, and turned the water back on, saving me from having to frantically try to get a plumber before the holiday. This was fantastic service! I would recommend Big Valley Heating to anyone!”

“We hired Nordstrom to diagnose a problem with our heat pump, which was heating very slowly and indicated low refrigerant pressure on the control panel. Two professionals arrived as scheduled, and methodically checked the operation of the outside compressor/fan unit and the indoor heat exchanger and auxiliary heat, explaining what they were checking and answering questions that I had about the unit. Despite the challenges of replenishing the refrigerant on a below-freezing day, they completed the work, re-checked the operation, and confirmed that all was well. From appointment scheduling to the service call to billing, this company was top-notch and professional. I plan to use them for any future needs we have with our heat pump.”
