“Wow! Not only was their price the best to replace our aging heat pump with a more efficient model and to completely redo our under house duct work, the sales rep, Travis Tart was super on top of everything. He fulfilled every promise promptly. The crew worked with good speed and the job site was clean before they left on day one of the job. On day two, the crew was here on time and finished the job completely. What a great company. They are tops at what they do and on how they do it. Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.”

“We needed a replacement HVAC. After at least 4 other quotes and 3 in home assessments from other companies ( Not Counting The Ones That Never Even Called Back ), there was no doubt in choosing Delta Heating & Cooling. We actually cancelled the last in home quote we had scheduled, after meeting with Delta. Michael came to the house on Wednesday, and was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining everything. Michael touched on many areas that the others missed. We received a very detailed quote the next day, that included a 10 year warranty on all parts and labor. They were below and comparable to all other quotes. Install was on Friday. That is a 2 day turn around! The Installers, Jacque and Kade were very thorough, friendly, and professional. They answered and explained any questions we had for them. They brought everything up to current code, including 2 new Carbon Monoxide detectors, that are also code now. Michael also stopped by during the install, to ensure our satisfaction, system operation, and to explain everything about the new HVAC system. Their inside team member, Kelly, was great at keeping us informed from start to finish, on everything. She was available for any questions that we had. County permits were also pulled and passed inspection the first time!! That is peace of mind for us, or any future home owner!! We highly recommend Delta Heating & Cooling and their team!”

“We have used this company for years. Great people and great prices. If you are seeking to have your older freon based A/C system recharged, use Mitchell! Their freon price is significantly less expensive than their competitors. When I asked why their price to recharge our system was so much cheaper they informed me they took a gamble and purchased a truck load of freon a year ago. Knowing freon prices were going to skyrocket they were able to secure the material in advance at the much lower price. Everyone else is buying freon at current rates. As you may know, freon has been replaced with a new material (?) and freon production has pretty much ended, thus the sky high prices. Kudo's to Mitchell for taking the risk and planning ahead. I expect our old freon unit (18yrs old or so) to bite the bullet any time. We will use Mitchell to replace it.”

“I found this company through my Home Warranty Service Company. I placed a claim. Debnam Maintenance accepted the Claim. However, my Service Company did not authorize the work needed for the job; the parts were still covered by the Manufacturer Warranty. I agreed to allow Debnam's representative to complete the service order. He was professional, considerate, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. His prices were fair and he gave a detailed estimate of the proposed project. As a Senior Citizen it was important to know the total cost and number of days or hours necessary for repairing the furnance.”
