“Temperature Pro was the best choice for me and my families new AC unit!!! I had them give me a quote because I had a feeling my AC unit was on it's last leg. Tim & Chris showed up, and they were very professional, informative, and didn't try to pressure me to buy a new unit - citing my old AC unit could die soon, but it had potential to last several more years. A few short months later my AC unit did die. I called Temperature Pro because I felt like they would do a good job and stand by their final product. Needless to say, I'm extremely pleased. Chris managed the project, and I felt well informed and taken care of the whole time. I now have a new AC and my family is cool.”

“My AC went out as we started to get in the 90s. I chose MCC Services due to the stellar reviews...and the reviews didn't lie. They squeezed me in quickly, call to confirm in the morning, called to let me know when they were on the way and arrived during the appointment time. Alex serviced my unit and was professional and showed me everything that needed to be addressed on the unit. I felt I paid fairly, received excellent customer service and overall had a great experience with Mcc services”

“Our downstairs AC/Heating unit would not come on when we bought the house. We thought the thermostat was as fault because the units were relatively new and even changed them out before we decided it was the unit itself that was the problem. Kevin came right on time, one day after calling, and went right to work. He found the problem, determined it was an in warranty part, drove to Austin to get a new one, and fixed the unit in the same day. What service! The labor was reasonable and we never would have thought the parts would be under warranty. We are very glad we called KMAC and will certainly call him again should the need arise.”

“We orgionally bought a promotional deal from them through a coupon site, but we were so pleasently surprised with their knowledge and service that we have decided to have them rework our entire AC system. We were shopping new systems, but their company actually took the time to assess our entire house/system, and they were the first company (of 4) to NOT try and sell us a new AC unit first, but asses the health of our existing system. Because of their advise, we were able to simply fix our current AC unit instead of spending upwards of $6000!”
