“We loved working with Ana. She gave us a great consultation on our kitchen remodel. We had a constrained budget; however, Ana was incredibly accommodating to our needs and budget restrictions and gave us great suggestions for cabinet color, countertop material, appliance/fixture sourcing, and furniture (bar stools) selection that integrated perfectly with our desired aesthetic. We were able to execute her design suggestions easily with her guidance and everything ultimately came in within budget to our delight. The final result is a very clean, modern kitchen that we absolutely love! We were so pleased with her work that we asked her to help us with remodeling our tenants kitchen downstairs. She chose neutral but modern colors and helped us choose countertops that would be durable without compromising style. She has a very good eye for clean, modern spaces that are functional and attractive, and she is good about listening to your requirements and proposing designs that work for your needs. I highly recommend working with her.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Gemma to update our family room and kitchen. The results are outstanding! Gemma's incredible eye for design and extremely professional working style made the project a pleasure from start to finish. Gemma has an excellent eye for detail and architecture. She took my many inspiration photos and created new spaces that feel as though they've always been in our home. She thought of every last detail, so the spaces feel truly finished. Gemma is a great communicator and there were no surprises. She was clear about what our budget would permit, and was creative about making it work. She has excellent taste and has clear opinions, which helped me make good decisions. Gemma has outstanding resources in Chicago and long working relationships with those vendors -- it was clear how much they trust and respect her taste. From furniture to artwork to window treatments to accessories, she can make anything happen. We are thrilled with the outcome and would absolutely work with her again. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.”

“We recently did a full-blown renovation of a two-story unit in a River North high rise. Leah really takes the time to understand your aesthetic and then seamlessly guides you through the process. We were completely overwhelmed with choosing bathroom finishes, kitchen finishes, flooring, lighting, wall colors, let alone furnishing our unit and Leah was there every step of the way. She is transparent, responsive, and extremely organized and makes what could be a stressful situation fun and easy. She worked very closely with our contractor and coordinated all logistics (delivery, vendors etc.) with our building. My favorite part of the process was seeing our vision come to life. We were out of town for a few weeks and Leah managed and orchestrated the entire delivery and set up of all furniture and styling of our home. After a long trip we came home to a furnished and perfectly styled home. It was such a treat! Leah truly is one of a kind and we can't recommend her enough.”

“I had worked with Tory Day before so when I needed a designer to remodel my bathroom, I immediately thought of her. She listens to what I want, finds samples for me to review, coordinates with the contractors, and checks on progress/resolves issues along the way. She is great at choosing reliable and knowledgeable vendors to work with too. The work went flawlessly, quickly, and the result was fantastic. I will use her again this year when I redo my other bathroom.”

“Meredith is an amazing designer. It is apparent she loves her job. She understood my style, my needs and my budget. When I wanted an item that did not fit into my budget, she found a way to make it fit or explained to me why this would put the project over budget and found alternatives when necessary. She designed our rental condo unit in the city, which was a clean slate and our new offices for my market research company. I always felt comfortable expressing my opinion and she was always quick to change out an item if I expressed doubt about it. I believe using Meredith actually saved me money while still achieving my goals and meeting my deadlines. I can't wait to work with Meredith on my next project-a basement design.”

“I hired Mary (MJM Interiors) to assist with an update of most rooms in my house, including the master bedroom, family room, living room, kitchen and office. Mary was extremely professional and responsive. She had me start by utilizing the Houzz website to assist her with looks or schemes that I liked. Once she had a better sense of what I was looking for, she was able to provide me with a number of different options at different price points, including looks I had never considered, that actually looked much better than anything I came up with. She was very patient with my questions/concerns, as well as creative with solutions that stayed well within my budget. Her attention to detail was exquisite and her responses to my large number of questions were timely and helpful. I was not looking forward to updating my house, but Mary made the process very easy and my house looks amazing. Everyone I have recommended MJM to has also been very satisfied. I would absolutely hire MJM again if I ever need additional design assistance.”

Not only did she assist in determining which existing pieces would work in the smaller unit, she was immensely helpful in choosing the finishes for the new place, filling in with purchased pieces and the overall design and feel of my new residence. The final product allowed me to have a fresh start in a new place that immediately felt like home due to Wendy's amazing attention to detail for color, style, comfort and design. She is professional in every sense meeting both deadlines and budgetary requests. $100/hour rate was a tremendous value for the service and expertise that Wendy provided She has an innate talent for pulling together myriad layers in a space to create a warm, elegant and cohesive home that is a true reflection of its owner. It was a pleasure working with Wilk & Rusch Design Group.”
