“Shailu provided a full house update of Interior blinds (Hunter Douglas) that exceeded $12K. This included fabric choice and blind style to accommodate not only the rooms but the window framing. The job proved fairly complicated given the interior placement of the windows. We were very satisfied with the service and results. we would highly recommend her to others.”

“After our home burned - we rebuilt - not knowing where to start with furnishings & decorating, I contacted Anita Thompson of Interior Spaces. Upon request, Anita went through the Street of Dreams homes with us. We wanted to use the new grays that we saw. By the time we finished picking out a house full of furniture, we realized Anita had a phenomenal eye for color-coordinating. With Anita's expertise, we picked out fabrics for custom-made draperies/valances/bedspreads. I wish everyone could see our accessorized master bedroom - you take a second look. The workroom that she uses for sewing is flawless. Anita took us to select fixtures for plumbing - lighting - granite shop - wallpaper/paint stores - Anita helped us select amazing colors for the walls - (visitors continually ask, "what is the name of that color?) Anita brought large boards of paint samples, fabric samples and window coverings to the house. Anita helped us select cabinets/flooring/crown moldings. We have been 100% happy working with Anita during the process of building. She always showed up on time & carried through with even the smallest request/detail. We would highly recommend Anita - no one would ever be disappointed. Photos available. Our home is in Eugene.”

“hired Janet for approximately one year after she was referred to me by my realtor when I purchased a new residence in Santa Monica . I retained Janet as a designer and project manager for a complete remodel of a 2-bedroom condominium. The first thing that impressed me about Janet was her professionalism. She was always prepared, organized and presented several options when discussing a key decision point or project management issue. Her experience and business maturity helped to navigate through an arduous permitting process with the City of Santa Monica . Further, she anticipated questions and/or obstacles and presented recommendations to best deal with a given situation. In nearly every case, I simply followed her recommendation as it had clearly been carefully considered; I grew to trust her judgment completely. In addition to her professional demeanor, Janet possesses a creative eye that she effortlessly matches with the tastes and preferences of her client. Design decisions quickly became “rubber stamp” processes for me as her client – her selections were almost always synchronized with my own style. When our opinions differed, Janet was always the consummate professional and offered pros, cons or demurred as appropriate. As I mentioned earlier, I grew to trust Janet – not only as a design consultant, but also as a business professional and human being. As an example, in an instance where a contractor legitimately misinterpreted the intent of some instructions, Janet stepped in and personally covered the extra expense. “We are absolutely delighted with the results of our guestroom refresh that Jamie Foehr Design created for us! Our goal was to create a calm, soothing environment for our guests to enjoy when the visit us from near and far. We wanted beautiful artwork with modern furniture and Jamie really pulled that together for us. I greatly appreciate her kind way of helping me determine which items that we already had would work and what needed to be replaced. She was also wonderful at incorporating the the things that had special sentimental value for us. This was our second project with Jamie who helped us previously with our project of reviewing and hanging up our artwork. I was overwhelmed with way too many pieces and she helped us pull out the very best and place them in groupings that made sense and look elevated. I was hoping to get a gallery wall and Jamie made this wish come true in my home office where I get to see it every day! Thank you, Jamie! I will certainly tell all of my friends about your wonderful work.”

When we were unclear about our vision; she worked to give suggestions of directions we could go in. She worked within our budget to find pieces that were functional yet aesthetically pleasing.
