“We used Anya about a year ago toward the end of the building of our home. She helped pick out all the light fixtures for the entire house. I wish I had found her sooner!!!! I could have saved a lot of time, energy, and sanity! I was completely overwhelmed by all the decisions that building a house requires when they asked for all the lighting choices. I had no desire to pick out one more thing and yet knew I’d regret not spending time on such a prominent part of our house. Anya was perfect! She allowed me to be as involved or not as I wanted. She quickly figured out my style and never tried to talk me into anything that I wasn’t sure about. She has amazing connections and it was fun to see her in action with other professionals. Anya ended up also helping us with, what we now call our “homework nook.” It is a little restaurant booth just outside our kitchen. We had talked to many other professionals and designers and no one was catching the vision but we were certain it was what we wanted despite the skepticism. Anya was able to grab the idea and run with it. She had the whole thing custom built and it is beautiful! Hands down the favorite, and most used, spot in the whole house!!! Thank you Anya!!!”

“Kirstin and Erin were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were professional, prompt for appointments, and communicated well with me throughout the project. They were flexible when I wanted to make changes and they always let me have as much or as little say as I wanted. They worked with me when I needed to push things back and make budget changes. Everything about the finished project was perfect! I love my room and look forward to working with them again on my next room!”

“Gia Rushton, owner of OC&D Design Studio, provided consulting on staging my home for sale in Cottonwood Heights Utah. Gia was extremely professional, very reliable and met all the commitments she made. She arranged for staging furniture to be delivered to my house, she coordinated the design and placement of staging furniture and artwork and added some very nice personal touches to the staging such as cookies in a jar in the kitchen, scented soaps in the bathrooms and a beautiful area rug. I highly recommend Gia for any interior design or staging project. VERY easy to work with and kept me throughly informed throughout the entire project!”

“I worked with Jennifer for many years, beginning back in 2011, and cannot recommend her highly enough. She took the time to get to know me and my style, not to mention my budget, and always found a design that worked for my life. She did entire rooms, but also helped me just pick out paint colors or choose a particular piece of furniture. When I listed my townhouse, the realtor was so impressed with how it showed; it didn't even have to be staged. And as I transitioned to my new home, Jennifer assisted me in working in the design from the prior home into the new one. I count her as a friend as well as a trusted professional and wish she was still in Virginia!”

“Excellent interior design and preconstruction CAD implementation. Always performed at or above scope of Contract with no hidden costs. Follow thru with contractors was fantastic. Because of their expertise was able to not use an architect for the remodeling projects. Very attentive to details. Phase 1 complete. Continuing to work with Lisman Studios on interior design throughout my home. Definitely a five star ***** firm.”
