“Home Hardware in Annapolis Royal Nova Scotia Canada provided great advice for planning my new kitchen. The designer kept me on budget making adjustments so that I needn't compromise in certain areas. For example, I knew that I wanted stone counter tops and so by tweaking the height of the cabinets but still going to the full 9 foot height using bulkheads to less expensively fill the space, we were able to go with the Caesarstone that I had hoped for. We worked closely on the lay out using a very accessible computer app. She was able to source my material preferences and make necessary changes when required. We love our kitchen island sporting Mist grey to match the vaulted ceiling. The sparkle of the pendants matches that of the big chandelier hanging in the great room on which the kitchen opens. The polished concrete floor with in- floor heat scored into 24 inch squares provides a contemporary pop against the more traditional Shaker style cabinetry. A small but efficient coffee bar and a full preparatory pantry add wonderfully useful storage and efficiency to the kitchen.”
