“Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

I wanted to relocate the tub/shower in our bathroom, and they were the only contractor who didn't try to discourage me with cautionary tales of holes in the basement ceiling, huge additional costs, etc. They succeeded with no problem whatsoever. They had no problem when we wanted to bring in furnishings from other vendors, even offering to pick them up from the point of sale. They have a 3 year warranty and have been back once to correct a problem which arose after the job was complete. They're great!”
