“We had our large master bathroom remodeled by JEJ Enterprises this summer and we are extremely pleased with the results. James was very easy to work with and helpful in developing the plan for the project. It was a very big job. The heart of the project was removing a large, but rarely used Jacuzzi tub, replacing it with a giant shower with a bench. The small standup shower was removed and replaced with a closet. The one-sink vanity was taken out and replaced with a new two-sink vanity. The large existing mirror and lighting fixture were removed and replaced with separate mirrored medicine cabinets and lighting fixtures over each sink. Recessed lighting over the main floor and in the shower replaced the existing single overhead light and an exhaust fan was added. A new radiant heat floor was installed under the new tile floor. James' pricing estimate was reasonable compared with the other bids we received, and his team completed the work at the time we requested. He also diagnosed the cause of water stains on our kitchen ceiling, tracking them back to leaks in the baseboard heating pipes in both our upstairs bathrooms. He and his men fixed the leaks and repaired the ceiling. He was very engaged with the project on a day-to-day basis. He made helpful suggestions regarding the materials and fixtures, but was flexible in working with our choices, giving priority to making the final result perfect for us. He introduced us to suppliers who were also helpful. His team cleaned up nightly and any inconvenience related to the project was manageable. Finally, James is very pleasant to deal with. “Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

I'm going to talk about several projects and lump the total costs together, rather than give individual costs and reviews. Sean does skillful, excellent work, with years of experience. He pays careful attention, competing each job in a timely way. He cleans up well at the end of each day and works steadily to complete the task. He patiently answers questions, responding and resolving any concerns. He keeps to fair, contracted costs, with no surprises. Sean installed three bathrooms, has reinforced support beams underneath and done preparation work for new hardwood floors. He has expertly installed safety shower and garage-stair grab rails, installed a new half wall in the basement staircase, to attractively add safety. He replaced some old paneling in the basement matching perfectly what was already there, by creating perfect matches out of new, non-matching replacement panels that he was able to find! He's repaired drywall, enlarged laundry room shelves and repaired outside porch trim and deck railing. In short, he's upgraded my home, adding safety, beauty and comfort, in many areas! I will continue to call on him for future repairs or additions. (His next project is putting in French Doors to my living room. I trust that it will turn out beautifully, with Sean doing the work!)
