“Paul Matarazzo is a GOD send! He is the fine match between an excellent tradesman, and a creative artist. Paul has the rigor and experience of working with VERY HIGH END clients and brings that level of professionalism to every job he does. He has tiled our kitchen backsplash (even while we were out of town!) and remodeled our entire 1200 square foot basement. From a completely unfinished open floor plan, he created a work-out room, craft room, photo studio, storage area, shop, playroom and a wonderful family room for entertaining. Not only is he always on time, he stayed within our budget and was very sensitive to our family's need to live in the house while he was working. A project that might have taken other contractors MONTHS was completed within a few short weeks. My husband is an avid DIY'er - who OFTEN has difficulty when contractors do work in our home. Not with Paul. His work is professional, clean, and he makes it SO easy to live in the space during a construction job. It's difficult to find people who will 'do things as well as you', who are competent and sensitive to your individual needs, and people you'd leave your entire home to while away on vacation... but Paul is one of those guys. “A couple of years ago, DallaVerde came in and did an entire remake of our bathroom. It used to be 1970's powder blue tile that had cracked on the floor because the original contractor did not install a subfloor. Also, the wall was alow grade plaster that had so many crags and couldn't be cleaned properly. But not only did DallaVerde do a great job on the tiling & drywalling, they picked out the new color scheme, installed new faucets, shower, sconces, towel racks, exhaust fan... literally replaced everything. To this day, my husband & I say "we can't believe this is OUR bathroom!" Love it, and would give Jason & crew our highest recommendation.”

“Spectacular! We bought a new home and were planning a kitchen remodel. We'd been shopping for granite and went to a number of dealers in our area as well as the big box stores first, but on Saturday we decided to take a ride to see what LA Stone had to offer. At first look, I thought I couldn't find anything there...it was too small, wouldn't be enough selection. And I am picky and once I get an idea of what I want in my head I will search until I exhaust every possibility. We met Ewa and told her what we were looking for. She immediately took us out into the yard (I was mistaken, there was a great range of slabs to look at!). She talked with me and got an idea of what I was looking for, and within a few minutes she walked me over to the slabs of Creama Bordeaux that would become my new counter. She listened and understood what I wanted. The slabs she showed us were not like any Creama Bordeaux I had seen in any other supplier. These slabs were beautiful and had a full range of colors I didn't think I would find. They were perfect. We weren't quite ready to use them as we were in the middle of moving and couldn't get the project underway, but that was no problem. She told us that they would hold them for as long as we needed. And they did...for about 4 months with no problem. When it finally came time for us to template, I asked them if I could go down there and actually lay the templates on the stones myself so that I could place the variations of the stone where I wanted on the counter (I said I was picky!). No problem once again, just come on in and we will help you. They moved the stones side by side so I could look at the both of them and I could place templates wherever I wished. It was easy and I was happy. Today, the counters were installed. The installation was smooth and orderly. They knew just what they were doing and they took care of it quickly and efficiently and were very clean about it too. My counters are spectacular! The whole experience with LA Stone has been wonderful. I got service and quality that I don't think I would get at the big box stores. And one of the other dealers we checked out won't even let you into their yard to pick out your slabs on the weekend because they are too busy. I am so happy we took that ride and we found LA Stone. If you are looking for granite counters, you should take that ride too...you won't be sorry!”
