“I bought a new house 6 months ago , I interviewed 5 different companies trying to find a reliable and professional contractor to do a complete remodeling. I first met Joseph Cohen when i was still in escrow. We immediately clicked ! He sketched up my entire house on paper and did a 3D model on his computer in 30 minutes. Then he asked me a bunch of questions and actually listened to my ideas, needs and desires! He gave me some great ideas and shared many ways to keep the budget low and actually get more bang for my bucks! He worked with me on everything from the design to picking materials in the show room and you can see the outcome for yourself ! He stayed in budget and finished under the time he said it would take . We took down walls did a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, flooring , paint , new windows and doors . A complete rewire repipe and much more in 3.5 months ! They guys were here every day, great craftsmanship. Highly recommend! Definitely will use again!”

“Working with Guil and his dream team was an absolute joy. Not only did he work with me to develop my vision of my kitchen, he did so with an incredibly competitive rate. White oak custom cabinets, quartz countertops, custom backsplashes, and some hardware flourishes that really make my kitchen mine. I cannot believe what a quality job MDRN did, all with a friendly and highly communicative attitude. AND they worked within my budget!”

“It has been a coupe months since the completion of my backyard. I can’t express how happy I am with the turn out and how good of a job they did for me. At our first meet, Yoel came up with a design that would put our yard to better use… We initially only wanted turf installed, but he gave us the idea of placing a seating area in the center of the yard to make it more useful. He expanded it and made it a lot safer by putting up a retaining wall. Working with the inspector seemed to be a breeze, but Im sure a lot of work went into it. The crew followed the permitting plans and made sure everything as up to code. It was much faster than expected! Looking back at older photos of our yard, we couldn’t even have imagined that our yard would ever look like this. Gracias for everything, our dog is just as happy!!!”

“OC Home Builders did a complete home renovation for me about 3 years ago. Overall, they did an excellent job for an excellent price. Firstly, communication was quick and responsive. Either Jim or America responded to any questions/concerns within the same day. I found them to be professional and helpful. The quality of the work was very good. Jim provided some very insightful ideas and suggestions as well. I ended up fixing the kitchen, floors, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, paint, new copper piping, raising the flooring, a new fireplace, and some other minor projects/touchups. Jim worked with me by only charging for labor and allowing us to buy our own materials. Overall, I'd highly recommend using OC Home Builders.”

“We wanted to remodel the kitchen and my brother recommended calling Pure Builders. He said Pure Builders were real professionals. Their designers were really knowledgeable. They were very careful with the flow of the design. Eli from Pure Builders really listened to what we wanted. We saw the 3D design plan he came up with and we hired them. The design blended with the existing decor of our house. Eli really puts in a lot of effort with the design. When they started their crews were really good. “My kitchen transformed from an 80th kitchen with brown and dated cabinets to a modern chic kitchen with an elegant look in which I wanted to accomplished for awhile. from conceptual stage to completion, I was well attended by the wonderful team and project manager/ designer. At the conceptual stage, I was assitend by the designer for all material selecting and purchasing, color coordinating and other decision making. Throughout the construction I have received daily updates as to what is next, my house kept clean, and all my questions were addressed right away. Now I get to enjoy my beautiful kitchen. I thank this great team of people that made this happen and will highly recommend them to my friends and family”

“The general contractor Mr. Eldad Solomon is the best GC who cares and sets the standard for quality. From first day we met, he took the time to explain and understand our expectations. He took us from rendering design ideas to create architectural/structural plans. He pulled all permits and all inspections by city were completed with 100% success. He was hands on our project and made sure all details are completed to our satisfaction. He kept our project cost within the budget and the completion was on time. Our experience was amazing and we recommend STYLEBUILD.”
