“We purchased floor covering, new carpet, that Cindy in flooring helped us pick out. She matched our budget and room needs to give us several great choices , guiding us to items that were on sale. We maximized the quality with a great carpet at an excellent price. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, from the sales floor to the installer, to the coordinator who followed up to make sure we were happy with the completed job. We now shop Lowes first for all our home projects.”

“We had an entry door installed the workmanship was impecable. I was unhappy with the finish on the fiberglass door. Lowes would not let it rest until I heard from the manufacturer. The manufacturer offered a replacement door, and once again the Lowes carpenter returned and hung the replacement door! Everything is perfect, the frame, the threshold, the trim, the door knob and lock! Everything. Can't say enough good things about Lowes standing behind the product they sold and the workmanship of their carpenter. I would use them again and again”
