“I rarely write reviews but always read reviews before choosing or buying things. So I decided this time to share my experience with our kitchen remodel given how ecstatic both my husband and I are of the results. We asked two kitchen designers to come to our recently purchased home in order to change our kitchen. Neither of them actually came with ideas that would truly improve both the functionality and the esthetic of the room. We were thoroughly disappointed until friends of ours recommended Jam Iksoulene to us. Jam responded to our inquiry promptly and agreed to come to our house the following Sunday. My husband travels a lot and that was the only day we could all meet. Right off the bat, we were impressed by Jam’s willingness to accommodate our schedule. Jam spent almost two hours looking at the room, thinking, measuring and listening to our wishes. It was clear that compared to the previous designers, he was extremely conscientious and thorough. The design he created for our kitchen blew us away. It not only changed the entire flow of the room by making it much better but also nailed what we were seeking in terms of style. I have attached before and after pictures. Jam helped us with colors. Neither my husband nor I are visual and we were very uncertain and indecisive regarding color cabinets and countertop. Jam went above and beyond for us, giving us samples and even accompanying us to Cosentino to ensure that the cabinet color would work with the dekton we had chosen. Jam gained our complete trust. He always answered our numerous questions promptly and professionally. His inside out knowledge of Pyram kitchen made his install perfect. “Sharon has a great eye for style and is a wonderful designer. She is very knowledgeable and professional in her approach to all phases of the project. She was able to help me figure out what I wanted, how to make it special, turn it into plans and help it all come together. Also, she went the extra mile to make things work. We started with my kitchen which was small and fraying around the edges. She suggested how to reconfigure my space, and then designed a spectacular kitchen and worked smoothly with my contractors to help guide the project through completion. At the same time I was changing around some rooms in my house and asked her for decorating advice and for furniture arrangement and acquisition suggestions. Her taste is exquisite and her vision was very helpful in each space she touched. An example is that she added a reclaimed wood wall to my guest bedroom which turned it from ordinary into spectacular. She was great at giving me space to consider options, and to hold my hand when needed. I would use her again in a heartbeat and I wholeheartedly recommend her.”

What if a construction company could integrate the various disciplines associated with remodeling/new home construction into a platform like approach? Imagine having to deal with a separate architect, a separate 3D renderer, a separate interior designer, various showrooms where all care about their own individual services and products? As we look back at our experience with the Greenberg Design Gallery team together with the Greenberg Construction team; from the original concept stage, to budgeting, design, and implementation/cost trade-offs, to securing our permit, we have recognized that indeed the team at Greenberg have implemented a very efficient platform. The team is highly technical and uses state of the art architectural design tools to take their clients through the journey in a very timely manner. In fact, we believe the value we have received in the design to permit phase will eventually save us a considerable amount as we anticipate minimal changes during the build phase. Greenberg architected our new home vision in the first month, and by empowering us with their 3D modeling package, we were able to request modifications and fine tune our entire house in the ensuing two months. In parallel, we were visiting their showroom in Palo Alto (where they have a rich selection of material), and spent quality time with their interior designers to help us reach consensus on the majority of the type of finishes for our house. So in approximately three months we went from vision to design to permit and material type selection. She understood our style and provided great recommendations and tips on design and layout as well as different options to help keep us on budget while still maintaining the quality and look we desired. They truly care about your project and spend countless hours in design making sure everything is perfect prior to production. They even helped my fiancé and I understand what we wanted for trash pullouts, magic corner, drawer sizes, and cabinets vs. drawers. When it came to cabinet pulls they routed every drawer and cabinet to perfectly fit the pulls we chose. They do not stop until everything is perfect. Could not have asked for a better experience. As far as price these guys are on par with the two other quotes we received and the extra work and advice they provide at no cost went beyond our expectations.”
