“Sabrina was attentive to our needs and wants. She guided us in dealing with our kitchen and bathroom without being pushy. Sabrina was very knowledgeable of the products that Gilman's offered and found the quality we wanted at the price we could afford. She had a good relationship with our contractor and they communicated well when dealing with our needs. All in all, we were very satisfied with the job Sabrina did for us.”

“This was a complete up-scale bath remodel with added closets in both the Master Bath and Master Bedroom. We worked primarily with the business owner, Richard White, the designer Cindy White, and project manager Dave Trykoski. This was an excellent experience with this team that took us from design through completion of the project. These people are extremely professional and competent. I have already signed a contract for a second project in my home and will continue to use Centerville Building and Design in the future. Our remodel is beautiful, and in the end everything and more than we originally envisioned. I attribute all this to this company because at the outset of the project I had little idea with what could be done, only that what we had was outdated and not fully functional. Now it is, and it is really, really nice adding a lot of value to our home, but we do not plan going anywhere. This was for us.”

Speaking of plans, the 3D images for creating a vision that our client could see before final decisions were made on all the bathroom layouts and cabinetry were invaluable. Laura was always pleasant and prompt with communication and scheduling. And when our mutual client, Laura, and I worked on all the selections together, it flowed seamlessly. “Debbie worked on a kitchen project for me. Since she is in OH, and I am in IL, this was done long-distance. She provided me with swatches of fabric for my chairs, and suggested they be made with a complimentary fabric on the flip side. When the base for the table arrived and there was damage in shipping, Debbie was quick to handle the exchange and resolve the problem with the shipper. In no time the new base arrived. Everything looks great, and the table, chairs and cushions were (and still are) a great addition to my kitchen.”

“This is the second kitchen I've done with Kathleen and I plan to work with her when we renovate our master bath. This kitchen was a challenge because this home, with its transitional architecture and sweeping downtown views almost has an urban loft feel, which really clashed with my traditional taste. Kathleen's design, her patience and persistence to source exactly the right door style and finish combined with her network of specialty contractors (like the amazing granite guy!) all came together to provide me with a kitchen that is incredibly unique, functional and beautiful. Kathleen's designs are creative and her execution, precise. She is very pleasant, professional and works well with all parties involved in a project, from vendors to contractors. I could highly recommend Kathleen!”
