“We have hired Laura for several jobs in our yard, including building a 3-section compost bin with removable slats, an enclosure for our vegetable garden, and a very large fence enclosure for our dogs. The projects were done a few years ago, and there has been no deterioration at all in the materials, even with the rather severe weather we have had. Laura was always punctual, communicated clearly with us, worked very hard for long days, and completed her work without requiring any supervision or additional instruction. She is careful to use materials that are environmentally safe. Her work is of the highest quality; even other contractors seeing her work have commented on how well done the projects have been.”

“We worked with Aaron Raines with Live Green Landscapes to build a 50' long dry stack bluestone wall with evergreen plantings to screen our house from our neighbor's driveway. After receiving multiple bids, Live Green was not the lowest (never go with the low bid) but was middle of the road. They did a phenomenal job with the construction as well as sending updated construction photos as they were completing the work while we were on vacation. The plantings they provided have flourished and we have received numerous compliments on the quality and appearance of the overall product. Aaron has always made himself accessible if we have questions and we would definitely highly recommend Live Green Landscaping to others.”

“We had a excellent relationship working with Doug and his crew. Fernhill had built a large retaining wall for our yard last year. We were more than pleased with the quality and detail in the work. We then decided to hire Fernhill for a complete redo of both our front and back yards. The project included a small retaining wall in the front, a large flagstone patio and fire pit in the back yard, planting and lighting. Doug's attention to our project and his crew's professionalism were constant from start to finish. They were timely and finished the job within the given time frame. They left each day only after cleaning up and leaving the areas they were working on neat, clean and tidy. We gave Doug the freedom to create a design that would make our yards look great and couldn’t be more pleased with his excellent and unique design. We appreciated his eye for detail and the personal touches throughout the project. We would highly recommend hiring this company.”

I was able to schedule my initial consultation with their landscaping designer right on their website and was also able to pay my final bill online. Being a mother of 3 (and one child being a newborn) this was huge for me. Jason came up with a beautiful design for our home, always went over things in person with me, and was conveniently reachable quickly by email as well. Their install team worked hard on my property for a full day in the rain to make sure they got the job done quickly. We have gotten endless compliments on our property over the past few weeks and are thrilled with the results of their hard work. “We hired Woodfield Landscaping to do an outdoor bar and a pizza oven. We have had many bad experiences with contractors over the years so we initially we hesitant to undertake such a big project at the house. Woodfield has renewed our faith that good contractors exist. They worked non stop from start to finish and even on Saturdays. The stone work was flawless and far more beautiful than I could ever hope for. The lightening at night is just remarkable. We received their name from a co-worker who had the exact same experience with a project even bigger than ours. Out if the dozen contractors we have had at the house over the years they are the only ones we would recommend.”
