“Matt at MHB built our custom home in 2022. We knew after meeting Matt for the first time he would be our builder. Matt is easy to work with, trustworthy and genuinely works to bring your dream to life as he did with our home. All projects have their ups and downs and Matt never wavered and kept our project moving as we worked through pandemic shortage issues at the time even doing some things out of the normal order to keep us on track. We would recommend Matt and MHB 100% without hesitation and as a matter of fact we did as he is currently working on my wife's sisters home currently due to be completed by this summer of 2024. We don't see Matt as just our builder, we built a relationship with him and could not be happier. If you are planning a custom home, do yourself a favor and call Matt/MHB.”

“My wife and I thought we knew a lot about building custom houses since I had just built one 5 years ago. The building technology had changed significantly. I am glad we used Will Steed Homes. They were on top of the latest in building technology and practices. The new home they built us is a lot more energy efficient and better built than the one I built 5 years ago. Most people who build a custom home describe how trying it is. We had just the opposite experience. Will was great to work with. We enjoyed the building experience, and most of all, we enjoyed seeing the house of our dreams go up right before our eyes. Will Steed Homes has stood behind their work in every way. “I had my master bath remodeled. Logan did an excellent job and the quality of the work couldn't have been better. Logan and his cabinet guy worked with me to design a jewelry cabinet, and it turned out great. If there was a problem he always made it right. He was also very patient with the changes that I made during the project. You couldn't find a nicer and more trustworthy gentleman. . He will definitely do my next project!”
