“We contacted Richard to do some ceiling repair work after we had a pipe repaired in the ceiling. He sent one of his contractors to repair the hole in the ceiling and retexture the ceiling. The work was completed in a few days and the texture matched the existing texture so well you could not tell where the hole was. The price was very fair and the contractor was very professional and on time. We will be contacting Ricard to help us remodel our kitchen.”

“We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. “Sonrise Construction designed and added a 1500 square foot, two-story addition to our existing 2200 square foot Arts and Crafts style home. The original structure was built in 1923, and one of our major objectives was to match the new construction to the old part of the house. Both inside and out, Sonrise exceeded our expectations with their ability to blend old and new. Windows, doors, sidings and trims were all sourced and matched to the original materials. Also as part of our project, Sonrise re-roofed our entire home and retrofit central air conditioning into the original section of our house. The sub-contractors under them were top notch, and everyone was very adaptable to changes that we wanted or needed to make during the construction process. We had heard good things about Sonrise prior to working with them, and we were not disappointed.”

“We have had two major projects completed with the Alberino Team within 5 years! The first job was an extensive remodel and reconfiguring of a 1956 home to update and give the place a new look and feel with custom features throughout. The second job was pretty much a complete gutting of the entire home including all plumbing, electric, furnace, ducts, insulation, etc. after fire and water damaged the property.
