“I did not want a pool -- my wife and kids did. So, we compromised and I have a pool. To be pleased given this constraint, truly astounding. How a company handles problems/difficulty defines a company. We had thought we'd be an easy install, but with delays (not due to perma pools, they were AHEAD of schedule) with another construction project, permits, HOA, etc -- my situation proved difficult. I had a garage being built at the same time feet away from the pool, as well. Most of the issues that arose were NOT the fault of Perma Pools. The two that were, were handled beyond expectations in frankly an unbelievably short amount of time and professionally. It was one problem after another between other contractors and Perma Pools but they rose to the occasion. In one instance -- an emergency occurred where my irrigation contractor nicked their plumbing and water was pouring out in the yard and Perma Pools arrived in FIFTEEN MINUTES to repair the leak on the spot. This actually happened TWICE! While I was stressed and quite unhappy -- they took the burden of the issue off of my shoulders by showing up when it counts. I had final grading, sod, and other projects planned that I thought for sure I'd have to cancel. They ensured I didn't have to reschedule. Unfathomable, given the circumstances each time -- impressive to say the least. I am a very picky customer, I am kind but demanding. This is a relatively expensive luxury purchase -- my expectations were high. For what Perma Pools COULD control -- they VASTLY exceeded my expectations. Product: Amazing quality pools, high quality equipment Service: Responsive (despite being SO busy), professional, explained things MUCH better and made suggestions to us early on that they knew would please us. Dan, Dan Jr, Ed, Ross, Wayne -- all stand up guys. Their entire crew were very fun/professional. Price: Slightly more expensive than the other quotes I received -- one thing I realized from previous projects is that big construction projects are NOT the place to be cheap. Experience, responsiveness, and quality aren't free. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. They were only 1-3K over other quotes and full-disclosure they saved me so much aggravation, and provided better equipment/service it was well-worth it. Do not go cheap. Reliability: Always showed up on time, did what they said they'd do, and even rose to the occasions when other factors caused issues (other contractors on other projects concurrently working). Flexibility: No company working on large projects wants to change something last-minute -- but sometimes that's required, as it was with us on several occasions. They handled it with stride. I HIGHLY recommend Perma Pools. As someone that went through a lot with the install (again, VERY LITTLE the fault of Perma Pools) this is a very different review. Most people only review companies when everything went perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend Perma Pools to anyone.”
