Fortunately with the owner of Hulton Development, he was very good at communicating the process and costs associated with the project and when the project had an unexpected change order, Thomas made it work and was efficient at making our concerns, his concerns. “Michael was a pleasure to work with, he rebuilt a full kitchen, a wet bath and master bath. In addition, raised a ceiling, reworked beams that came out beautifully and just overall added great suggestions to the design process. He was attentive from the very beginning in listening to my ideas and concerns and providing a detailed budget to the follow through on the project. His crew Jon and Mikey were fantastic dealing with two people and a dog living in the reno space. They worked with me on many of the design aspects and purchasing materials that were quality and cost efficient. I am thrilled with the work that is done and look forward to work with them in the future.”

“I've been working with Brad now for a number of years as his photographer, and over that time have photographed numerous finished projects, and can attest to the attention to detail he gives each and every job. I always look forward to shooting one of his projects, as I know everything will ready to go, (even having all of the lights on prior to my arrival)! Brad always includes some extremely nice upgrades not often found in most homes, particularly built-in iPads that control specific features within the home, and in-closet safes that provide a great level of security. I can't recommend working with Brad and San Diego City Homes enough, and I look forward to making his next project shine!”

“Ryan is the consummate professional. He embodies honesty and quality, consistently exceeding our expectations in every way. Both himself and his subcontractors are clean, courteous and polite. My wife felt very comfortable being home alone with them in our house (we have four daughters as well who adored the whole crew). He has done numerous projects for us: two full bathroom remodels, a family room addition and an additional bedroom add-on. We have known Ryan and used his company over the course of 8 years. “Chris Langston built a new construction house for me. It has 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms. It is 1346 square feet. It has an attached garage. Chris was very willing to listen to my ideas and make changes to the plans to make them happen. He is very pleasant to work with-very calm and patient. He definitely knows the construction business and had great ideas when I wasn't sure if something would look good or not. I love my house. Thank you Chris!”
