“This company was professional in dealing with me. The installation went smoothly and as described, and within the timeline provided. The elevator is quiet and operates without jerking and abrupt stops, unlike other residential elevators I have ridden. The installation of this elevator has given me back mobility I had lost. Where I went upstairs in the evening and downstairs in the morning, now I can go up and down whenever I want. I have not been on those 13 steps since the elevator was installed.
