“My husband and I hired Mosby Building Arts to remodel our kitchen and to replace an existing deck with a three season room. I was dreading the thought of construction but the professionals at Mosby from the engineers, to the design crew to the craftsmen who worked on our project made the entire process flow so smoothly that before I knew it we had our marvelous living space redone and enjoying the fact that it was so much more functional than it had been before. Mosby took a great deal of time in the planning stages of our project, asking questions about what we liked about our living space and what things we wanted to change. With such great dialogue and attention to detail, we were able to create a kitchen, laundry room and three season room that is MUCH better suited to our work flow, entertainment habits, and daily needs than the original home layout. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. I would recommend Mosby to anyone who is looking to make their home a better place to live.”

“I have been using Jenny Rapp now for almost 3 years. It all began about one week after I moved into our new home. I reached out to Jenny to help me with our family room. It then went from our family room to kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and now we are currently working on a living space in our basement. She was just that good that I felt compelled to use her for each space in our house. It has become our inside joke that each time she comes over I end up asking her about another room which leads to another project. By utilizing Jenny, I have saved so much time and money as she is a one stop shop and is so thorough that everything is perfect on round one. Jenny will win you over with her personality and knowledge of the business. Jenny is always filled with ideas and suggestions, is so easy to work with and there is never any pressure. Jenny has made my house a home and she truly is the best in her industry. I have recommended her to several of my friends and family and they love her too!”

“Agape was extremely professional and service oriented. They provided high quality work and finished the project at the deadline they projected. Every person we worked with was polite and skilled. Our screened porch exceeded our expectations. We had an issue with someone we hired separately to do our flooring (not recommended by Agape) and Agape stepped in when we had issues with them and completed loose ends when the flooring company refused to come back at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Agape and use them again for any future projects.”

“"After a long search we found Jane Ann. It was our lucky day! We were in hopes of designing a home you didn't see in St. Louis everyday. What we wanted was more of a European look, something you would find in the countryside of Italy or France or in Carmel, California. Jane Ann had not done a home exactly like we had envisioned, but what she had done, were unusual homes, that answered the specific vision of her clients. By looking at her portfolio, we knew she didn't have one style, but the ability to be OPEN MINDED and to LISTEN to client's ideas and to be able to bring those ideas to life. Jane Ann is the consummate professional. She is a great listener, practical in her approach, a great designer, and a good referee when two spouses don't see eye-to-eye. She has the ability to let you know your ideas have been heard, and that she will do all she can to make your vision a reality. “The Nistenhaus gentleman are outstanding. They are fun to do business with and have great style. No two projects look alike. They really listened to what we wanted and made our house look like it belonged in a magazine. It was still OUR style, which was amazing. They are also hardworking and efficient.
