While respecting what we want, they offer wonderful professional opinions when we ask them - and we do ask them, because what they suggest is spot on, because they know the look we are trying to achieve. The construction project has not actually begun yet, but I know we will be thrilled to death. This company is top notch. So far, we have been extremely pleased. They are quick to communicate with us when we have questions, and are always helpful.”

“We have had two major projects completed with the Alberino Team within 5 years! The first job was an extensive remodel and reconfiguring of a 1956 home to update and give the place a new look and feel with custom features throughout. The second job was pretty much a complete gutting of the entire home including all plumbing, electric, furnace, ducts, insulation, etc. after fire and water damaged the property. The core Alberino team is stable, professional, and dedicated. Each team member is an expert in their part of the job and committed to making sure the work is exactly the way you want it. Joe Alberino and his fellow team member, Dan, are wonderful tradesmen and both made many beautiful custom pieces for our home. The company tradesmen are up to date on installing all the latest trends as well as being equipped to restore historical work on older homes. They will stay in your discussed budget and give you an accurate timeline. We hired them twice due to the workmanship and professionalism. They work well as a team and their many years working together shows in the way they get the job completed within the timeframe discussed.”

We have done several projects of this type. Working with Chris was a pleasure that is not always experienced on a complex project like this. “I never thought that everything my wife and I shared with Eric during the whole process would come to reality. Especially within budget! From the very first sit down to the final walk through he was right there with us. We had tons of questions and he answered every one of them. He showed us both how easy it is take a house with walls and floors and make it our very own home. The detail was amazing. Thank you especially for making it useable, not just ‘frills’.”

“I would absolutely recommend anyone to build with them in the future. They built a very upscale home for my clients when they were having difficulty finding the right home. They worked very well with my clients throughout the process in some instances going above and beyond. Their quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic! I have no reservations about referring anyone to them and they will be my first choice to refer any clients to that are interested in building in the future and in fact should I decide to build again they would be my choice also. My clients were extremely happy with their home and in the end, were extremely happy with me for referring them! In summary, they built a high quality home without cutting corners - I recommend them highly and without reservation!”

His skill at developing project parameters sets the tone for devising design and functional concepts for each project. This approach is consistent regardless of the size of the project. Large projects including those designated: “Wilderness,” “Valley Overlook” and “Canalside” were complex whole building renovation and additions - yet the attention to detail was maintained throughout the process. His ability to bring highly creative and effective designs to the client is consistently remarkable.
