I found him professional, easy to work with and patient in answering questions for new construction. Each meeting about lay out of each room, choice of window placement, type of flooring, and placement of electrical outlets and etc. (as my first time building a new home) was a pleasant experience. Even after my home was completed, John still was helpful with different issues that occurred.”

“Northstar stepped in and helped us through an emergency situation! We were hit by a tornado in July of 2011 which resulted in the back portion of our house being ruined, so we had to do something, and quickly. Our house was already compiled of multiple additions and we couldn't afford to totally build new, so modular was the best option with both cost and time restraints. Northstar was amazing in helping us come up with an addition that tied in with our existing structure, and they worked so quickly from start to finish (thankfully, as we were living in cramped conditions with part of our house gone!) I love how custom they are - the addition included a new living room, and they were more than happy to design a space to move our gas fireplace from the old living room to the new. They also used a patio door that we already had - so flexible in making this cost effective for us, we can't thank them enough! We have created so many good memories in this house and I honestly can say, if it wasn't for Northstar I don't know if we could have saved our house. I recommend them and their friendly staff and quality building ANY DAY! And again, THANK YOU, NORTHSTAR!!”

“True Concepts did a great job for us. We had it fix up a bathroom (replace shower, toilet, patch and paint the walls, install fixtures, and fix some mill work). In addition to high quality work done within the estimated time frame, a couple other things set True Concepts apart. First, communication was really clear and helpful; so many contractors do a poor job with that. Second, True Concepts provided creative thinking and problem-solving. We'll definitely hire True Concepts again.”
