“The previous owners of my house had converted an unfinished basement into a living area but They couldn't figure out how to access it properly. They took a 5'x7' space out of the small dining area and installed a spiral staircase, it was a horrible solution. I contacted Balustrade. After some discussion we decided to take a unused bedroom adjoining the living area and put a stairway in there. we also opened up that space to the living, dining area. Balustrade gave me a reasonable price and did the job. They were very professional and knowledgeable with excellent work quality, on time and budget.
