“Could not be happier!!! Outstanding customer service, communications, and quality of work! Erika listened to our wants and needs, visited our unique home site, looked at our idea books, and then helped us design a home of our dreams! She carefully took the time to factor in the ancient oak trees around the homesite which we wanted to keep, and thoughtfully incorporated important details of architectural features we salvaged from the previous old home. She is prompt with her work and reasonably priced. Can't wait to start construction!! Also hired her to design a detached garage & cottage plan to match!”

“This past summer we decided to remodel our kitchen using the existing footprint to reduce costs. We were going to do the project design ourselves, but heard about JDS through local contractors and decided to retain Joe Duket based on what we heard about his work. We are very glad we did. Joe was far more creative not only with products but with space and design. He envisioned things we did not, from electrical and plumbing fixtures to cabinets and countertops and were able to see everything before it was done using his computerized model. Highly recommended!”

“After many hours of research in finding the perfect company to draw up my dream home vision from scratch, I found GFD Architectural design. As an interior designer/home stager I know more than the average consumer about design and some aspects of build, so any fluff talk or misleading information wouldn't get by me :) During our initial conversation over the phone, I was immediately impressed with the warm professionalism that the company owner/lead designer Frank Dollar displayed. He obviously was an expert in his field. Throughout the project he worked diligently and promptly, making sure that I was fully aware of the aspects of each stage in the design process. Not to mention his knowledge of carpentry and building came in handy when deciding on design options that could have proven to be more costly during construction. I highly recommend Frank Dollar and GFD design to all those seeking a professional, personable and creative architectural designer and consultant.
