“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. Highly recommend Joe's work (and already have several times).”

“I can't say enough about Eric. I have been a top producing Real Estate Broker in Boston and North Shore Communities for nearly a decade now. I have met countless people in the industry and most enter your brain and exit just as fast. From the minute I met Eric I new this would be one guy that I would never forgot. Eric is a true professional, but beyond that, being an architect is something that I feel he was born to do. He has such a fine eye for details and his visions are off the charts. I brought him in for a large renovation last Fall in Winchester, MA. The client I had just sold this house to already had an architect and had some preliminary drawings already prepared. However, she agreed to meet with Eric and after just one visit she was blown away with his ideas and creativity! I would recommend him whether you are building a home, adding to your existing home, or doing a renovation. I personally use him, and would not trust anyone else as you only have 1 chance to get it right!”
