“I was referred to Randall by Travis Nuchia of Trust Builders. As soon as I was put in contact with Randall, he was very responsive and helpful. We conveyed our vision to him and he got to work quickly, turning around a floor plan within the first week! His communication and flexibility throughout the entire process was above and beyond expectations. He even kept it lighthearted and funny while maintaining professionalism. My search for a designer has ended as I'll be using Randall for any future projects.”

“When my husband and I took on a major remodel of our mid century home we interviewed several architects. It was clear from the beginning Jim was the right choice. He asked detailed questions about our lifestyle and our aesthetic preferences, listened carefully and took every detail into account when designing our dream home. The result was an artistic, well functioning design that appeared twice as large without changing the original footprint of the house. Jim was very cost conscious and researched every aspect to help keep us within budget. He worked with the contractor throughout the project making sure the plans were precisely implemented and came up with creative solutions for any unexpected challenges. I could go on with more praises for Jim but probably the best recommendation would be to say without any question we would use him again.”

“My wife and I bought 5 acres of land in order to build our dream house. We interviewed several Architects before selecting Daniel, and we are very happy we chose him. We wanted something different from the typical suburban production house that we had in Circle C Ranch. The design process with Daniel was fun and exciting as we figured out the how to best fit our home to the sloping land. We designed a home that specifically met our site and design goals. Daniel is very creative, really thinks out of the box, but is also conscious of figuring out the most cost efficient way to get what he is looking for and still maintain the integrity of the design. He was very receptive to our ideas and had positive input and information to help us design an addition to our home. It was a complicated design equation because we had to incorporate ADA livability. His lateral thinking made our ideas for these challenges even better. Can't thank him enough for his professionalism and friendly disposition. He was also very accommodating to our difficult schedules for meetings. Can't recommend him highly enough!”

I cannot say enough good things about Ken, his excellent design for our guest house, the firm and their stellar handling of our project from start to finish. They are incredible architects and produced our design plans within weeks (rather than the standard months that most firms take) for a price that my husband and I felt was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Ken Smith and Venture Four Architects to anyone looking for a professional, reliable architect who listens to the client and then helps create the desired design on time and within budget. “We found Ken Smith at Venture Four Architects through our realtor. From the beginning Ken strived to pinpoint what style and function we were trying to achieve by visiting existing homes with us and by reviewing dozens of photos that I sent to him. Once our budget was established, Ken worked diligently to incorporate as many of our requests as possible into our plan, sometimes achieving what started out to seem impossible. After we signed off on our plans, Ken continued to visit our building site in order to ensure that the home was being built to the proper specifications. He was an important ally for me throughout the process. Venture Four Architects has a unique process of the entire team reviewing each architects plans so as to provide the client with the most knowledge and experience available at the firm. This seemed an added bonus for us. We highly recommend Ken Smith and Venture Four Architects.”
