“We recently finished a remodeling project with Studio 810, involving kitchen, laundry, bathroom, sunroom and hardscape. Though it took longer than planned, the results are stunning! A major transformation with a design that not only complements our hundred year old house, but actually enhances it and will allow us to remain in our home as we age. Owner-architect Tim Strosser is hands-on, detail-oriented and easy to work with. His team does impeccable work on all fronts, from structural needs to high grade carpentry to hardscape and even painting and surface finishes. Quality of this type is hard to come by in today’s market where just getting it done seems to be more common. Any problems that came up were capably handled. My wife and I are thrilled with the end result. If there was any shortcoming, it was the extra time it took to tie up the loose ends and finish the last 5% of the project. That aside, we would absolutely recommend Studio 810! Frank and Cindy”

“We worked with Kate on a previous home for new bathrooms and kitchen upgrades and then engaged her in a move to a mid-century home that needed a major renovation. She exceeded all expectations both as a designer and as a partner for us and the contractor over 2 years of planning and construction. Her design ideas created a warm and comfortable home that enhanced the original features to space that is really special. Unforeseen problems arose as we opened walls and floors to a what became a 90% rebuild. She was with us every step of the way from big ideas to fine tuning engineering issues that arose, to input on fixtures and paint colors. She was always responsive, created an easy relationship with all of the skilled contractors, and was our eyes and ears on the ground since we were living out-of-state for most of the construction. I highly recommend her for big or small projects. She is very talented and lovely to work with.”
