“The team at Delineations designed my unique home in Marble Falls about 4 years ago. I challenged them to design a 1870's - Germanic farm compound with all the details of the era. They crafted every inch of the property, including the interior surfaces and cabinetry, and it still amazes my wife and me. How could a team of professionals REALLY interpret how we choose to live and integrate all of those thoughts and ideas into a home? They listen. We were privileged to work with Jerome from start to finish. He wanted to know everything about how we live in, and enjoy a home, and he took that data and translated it into a true design masterpiece. But working with Delineations is more than a grand and unique design. They advise on energy saving methods and building techniques. The depth and breadth of knowledge of the team is rare, indeed. I could go on and on in my acclaim of Delineations and Jerome. But let me close with perhaps the best part of working with the team: they genuinely listen to their clients and design for how they wish to live in their home. This alone makes them terribly unique in the field. I am hopeful of building again in the not-too-distant future, and can't wait to work with Jerome on another special residential project.”

“When my husband and I took on a major remodel of our mid century home we interviewed several architects. It was clear from the beginning Jim was the right choice. He asked detailed questions about our lifestyle and our aesthetic preferences, listened carefully and took every detail into account when designing our dream home. The result was an artistic, well functioning design that appeared twice as large without changing the original footprint of the house. Jim was very cost conscious and researched every aspect to help keep us within budget. He worked with the contractor throughout the project making sure the plans were precisely implemented and came up with creative solutions for any unexpected challenges. I could go on with more praises for Jim but probably the best recommendation would be to say without any question we would use him again.”

“We had a wonderful home building experience and were so thankful that we used Todd. We only interviewed one other builder, but there was something about Todd and what he said that made us decide to choose him. We were 1st time builders and didn't even check his references or know the right questions to ask before we decided on him. It wasn't until the building process when we saw our home coming together that we started to fully appreciate all the aesthetic skill Todd had to offer. We would ask how this or that would be, and he would sometimes use the phrase "let's see what the house calls for when we get to that point". We began to realize how special and unique that flexibility and sensitivity in a builder really was. Our home is stunning and if we ever decide to build again, we wouldn't consider using anyone else.
