“I was introduced to Bess through a previous Designer I worked with who was retiring her business. She felt Bess would be a good fit for me and my job, and I knew from our first meeting she was right. Bess and her Studio 3 team came on the job when we completed the basic house conceptual plan. The project had numerous obstacles including a load bearing wall that was over the property line, a very steep hill side with a ton of earthquake retrofitting required, and a bridge to link two buildings.
