Not only was Darko Borovnica knowledgeable in his craft and work ethic, Darko gave brilliant, creative and functional design ideas for each space and room. I was pleased and impressed that he was willing to invest his time in a potentially small project after hearing that his present project was building a multi-billion dollar modern energy efficient home.”

“We hired MAK Design + Build to remodel our house and we can't speak highly enough of them. They are a small company, so they are very hands-on and accessible. They are thoughtful, creative, intelligent, perceptive and extremely hard-working. The design they developed was perfectly suited to our taste and our needs and the guys who did the construction were outstanding craftsman. The same guys worked at our house every day so we became very comfortable with them. For other crafts like tile, stone and paint, they use the same subcontractors for many jobs so they have good relationships with them and a lot of confidence in their skills. The project management was also great; consistent, attentive and accessible. The office staff was friendly, professional, helpful and available whenever we needed anything. The project ended two years ago, so we have had two years to review MAK's work. We literally don't have a single complaint about the process or the product. If there were 10 stars, that would be our rating.”

“We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We are still amazed at how meticulous, professional and hard working everyone was and the fact that the project was finished on time-incredible! We want to thank Rob for the personal attention he gave our project and for the outstanding level of communication. “We used Noor Construction for our 2 bedroom house bathrooms and kitchen remodel, flooring, paint and so many other work, and we have loved the results. The initial quote was very reasonable and detailed, giving us a lot of flexibility and insights into the various trade offs we could make. We were very happy with the project, which finished on time and on budget. We worked closely with Omar who were excellent, responsive, and professional. He was great problem solver and worked well with the appliance, countertop, flooring and cabinets, making sure that the final results had the highest quality. Paint was amazing. The pricing was not only fair but they helped us find ways to save through creative shortcuts. Very happy with how beautiful our house become. We would definitely work with Noor construction again! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would be a referral for these guys for any and every job and we will ABSOLUTELY be hiring them again for our next project.

“We hired Adrian for our covered Patio and outdoor kitchen project. He immediately contacted an architect and engineer for the drawings and plans. He was extremely easy to work with and available at a moment's notice with our questions and concerns. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend him for your home project. We absolutely love the outcome of our project and the quality of the work performed. I have high standards and he met those by far, as well as his great disposition. “Alan and Carol Thorner, here. We just wanted to send a quick "Thank You" to Luxera in Rocklin, Ca, for the beautiful job that Rich Igou and his crew did with our remodel in Granite Bay. Our newly-painted home looks better than it ever has, its "bones are strong" once again, and our new bathroom is stunning! The attention to small details is, indeed, much-appreciated. Rich was always available by phone/text, and everyone who entered our home was personable and polite. Luxera in Rocklin was more than fair on the price, and that's always a big one when it comes to construction projects. In short, we couldn't be more satisfied. “My wife and I hired GXDB to build an addition onto our family home in East Sacramento, to support a new Master Bedroom. We interviewed other companies, but were just more impressed with GXDB. We were very happy with the process and more importantly, the finished product. GXDB stayed on schedule, on budget and far exceeded expectations. We'd recommend them to our friends and family without hesitation.”

“Pete Lugo, working with Kinetic Partners, used his creative architectural expertise to design a warm yet contemporary Italian farmhouse for us by carefully listening to our ideas and thoughts, which were totally unique to the traditional Tuscan style. We met once and provided pictures and ideas of floor plans and he listened carefully to ensure we incorporated our personal needs and desired. Although the we expected the process to take quite some time, we were shocked when he came back the first time with an architectural plan of our dreams. He was open to new materials and concepts, varying ceiling heighths, and ensuring the plan would allow us to live comfortsbly, including grandchildren and dogs! We are now on the current cover of Luxery Home Magazine.”
