“I hired Robert to replicate an interior door with a couple requested changes, and it turned out great! My house was built in 1928 with very nice multiple level molding single panel doors. I have two cats and wanted to relocate the litter box to the basement, and so I needed to install a pet door, but I knew I would butcher the door if I did it myself. I also wanted the door to be longer as we are taking out the thick carpet and refinishing the hardwood floors, and the bottom gap from the current door would be too large. I called several places for quotes on the project, 4 responded. Two were insanely expensive, at $2k and $4k for the project. Robert's price at $530 was right inline with the 4th quote, but he was more responsive and I liked his website showcasing past work. Robert was easy to work with and quickly understood what I was looking for. He was flexible with evening pickup and delivery times, allowing me to not miss work. When he delivered the door, he quickly made the modifications needed to have the new door fit fit in the old, non-square frame. I'd highly recommend him and have attached some pictures for comparison (old door is painted).”

“Scott Healy, owner of attention to detail came with a recommendation from everyone in our town of manchester, vermont. Every word was true. The entire process was fantastic. Scott is highly experienced in renovations. His attitude was very professional, he stayed within our budget and he worked well with us and all of his contractors. We had some deadlines and all of them were accomplished thanks to Scott. I ended up with the most beautiful bathrooms I have ever had! “Great, great, great!! Michael Marion of Custom Wood Design is a true artisan. Michael's custom cabinets are truly custom from the boxes to the doors, to every last molding. Michael has mastered styles from traditional to modern and can stain and glaze a cabinet or book-match the most beautiful wood veneers. All you need to do is share your vision, a plan, or a photo with Michael,and he will create your vision. In my own home, he has created a beautiful fireplace wall, two desks, an entertainment center, bookcases flanking a window seat with drawers below, a very detailed, painted, stained and glazed transitional kitchen, a modern bath with bamboo cabinets, and a beautiful set of closet doors with antique mirrored glass inlay. Michael is a true perfectionist and is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Michael without hesitation and look forward to doing yet another project with him!”
