“Agape was extremely professional and service oriented. They provided high quality work and finished the project at the deadline they projected. Every person we worked with was polite and skilled. Our screened porch exceeded our expectations. We had an issue with someone we hired separately to do our flooring (not recommended by Agape) and Agape stepped in when we had issues with them and completed loose ends when the flooring company refused to come back at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Agape and use them again for any future projects.”

“My husband and I hired Mosby Building Arts to remodel our kitchen and to replace an existing deck with a three season room. I was dreading the thought of construction but the professionals at Mosby from the engineers, to the design crew to the craftsmen who worked on our project made the entire process flow so smoothly that before I knew it we had our marvelous living space redone and enjoying the fact that it was so much more functional than it had been before. Mosby took a great deal of time in the planning stages of our project, asking questions about what we liked about our living space and what things we wanted to change. With such great dialogue and attention to detail, we were able to create a kitchen, laundry room and three season room that is MUCH better suited to our work flow, entertainment habits, and daily needs than the original home layout. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. I would recommend Mosby to anyone who is looking to make their home a better place to live.”

“Tim did the plans/blueprints for our 3500 sq ft, 2 story home, and we couldn't be more pleased. He worked with us to make sure all the features we wanted were incorporated into the plans and showed infinite patience and professionalism with our questions and plan changes. I can't count the number of compliments we've received over the years on our home design, especially the open floor plan. A few years after our home was built, Tim consulted on our plans to put an office above the garage. He provided us with all the logistics with changing the existing trusses, adding floor support, and attaching the space to the house. He even stopped by the house to get a personal look at the existing structure and give us the best plan for the project. Tim provides a fair and reasonable cost, utmost professionalism, and much appreciated flexibility in working with individuals looking to build their own home or change an existing structure. We love our house and our above-garage office, and we wouldn't consider using any other architect for our future building/remodeling plans.”

Once the layout was complete, she ordered all the products and saw the project through to the end. She even helped me find my contractor and floor refinishing company. “We hired TXR to build our home on empty land that we had purchased. TXR came out to the building site several times to survey it and look at it to get ideas on how to situate the home. Their architect listened to what we wanted in the house and he drew up plans that were perfect the first time. The architect drew the plans specifically to fit on the piece of property to maximize every view of the lake and made sure every room had a lake view. TXR then oversaw the building of the house, doing many things themselves and subcontracting for electricity, plumbing, cement etc. They met with us often and kept us up to date on everything going on. They provide receipts of every bid and money spent so you always know where the money is going. Everyone at TXR is easy to work with and they work hard to make sure their customers are taken care of. We would build with them again without hesitation.”

“We hired Chris to help us plan out our kitchen/living room/deck remodel, as you can see on his Houzz site it turned out beautifully. It is the kitchen of our dreams! He also invisioned details that we would never hav e thought of. Most notable opening up the hallway to go through from front door to the back deck doors. “I enjoyed working with Dana as she helped reconfigure my space into something I had never even imagined a couple years ago. Her resources are professionals who do the job right AND are decently priced- hard to find these days. She has lots of great ideas, but as long as you tell her upfront what your budget is she will stay within your parameters. We are in the process of fixing up a house and have asked her to help with this project too. Already so excited!”

“Chelsea Smith transformed 2 of our 38 year old original bathrooms into beautiful, comfortable and very serviceable bathrooms. She started by getting to know "our style" and came up with plans that fit our Tudor style house and us. She made the process pretty painless for us to go through. Her installers were honest, talented men and woman that took care of the project under her tutelage. My husband is a DIY kind of guy, but on this project Chelsea Design Company was the way to go! .”

“Donna, Allan, and their architectural support team are amazingly and refreshingly personal, creative, professional, and responsive. They were able to take an old 70s ranch with all its oddities and convert it into a new craftsman style home. They listened carefully over many conferences to come up with a creative design, worked within our budget to get us what we needed, revised and revised patiently to get it perfect, and then followed up with on the job supervision and sometimes substantive changes on the fly, including invaluable help with the governmental review process. They all worked so well with our construction crew, who had their cell numbers for on the spot questions about plans or problems, of which, one can imagine, there were many. Thanks to Donna's architectural design (the neighbors are truly in awe of the front elevation and interior transformation), Allan's meticulously drafted plans (the city review board and fire teams said they had never seen such meticulous detail), and the respectful collaboration with all involved (we are all still talking to each other after what ended up being a tedious, four year project), we now have the transformed home we wanted when we started: solid as a rock and nearly soundproof, aesthetically consistent with the older parts of the house, and the openness, light, and functionality of a new home, even if it all drove Donna and Allan crazy sometimes trying to get it for us! They did it all with a smile, and with exceptional professionalism. They certainly went the distance for us, and are just an awesome team. They have my highest recommendation as an architectural firm.”
