“When I saw the other review, I just had to say something. I've used Superior Chimney for work done. They were professional, showed me detailed pictures and walked me through every one so I had a complete understanding of the work that needed to be done. Simply I cannot get to the roof, so the chimney on the roof came to me. Then when the work was time to get done, they came on time, were clean, showed me 'in progress' pictures, answered all my questions and did quite a superior job. They tuck pointed my chimney, cleaned up wonderfully and it looks great. Then on the inside, again, they were clean and respectful of my house and family room. There was nothing to clean up after them. This is what you can expect from them. I asked about training and system for doing work, they all were the same answer, which means a lot. It's not some are good chimney technicians, they all were. I'd hire them again in a second. Look at the work. It looks brand new, and it's not.
